Terms of Service Agreement for snifie.net Users

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall snifie.net, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
